Receipts for Charitable DonationsA part-time book-keeper/accountant carries out the book- and financial record keeping functions for the Parish. Its duties are to assist the parish priest in the material administration of the parish and to review periodically the income and expenditures of the parish to determine that the budget is operative. It reports directly to the Pastor. An annual report is distributed to the Parishioners in February. Anyone interested in serving on this Committee should approach the Pastor. Property CommitteeChair: Paul Gowsell 546-4655Responsibility for the Church property and grounds rests with the Property Committee. However some activities which are involved with direct maintenance of the beautiful property belonging to the Parish are listed separately. The Parish could benefit from an hour, an afternoon or a day of your time. The present coordinators will be happy to suggest things that need to be done.
